Please allow 24-48 hours for order to be packaged and sent. We use Australia Post so on average 1-3 days city, 4-7 days rural but delays may occur due to Covid-19 and recent floods.

Due to health and safety no returns or exchanges on opened or used products due to wrong colour, wrong selection or change of mind. If damaged please email us within 24 hours from when you receive the order with a photo of the unopened product with the damage.
